Humbly relying on the blessing of the Almighty God in relation to Divine Laws, we the people hereby enacted this natural political Constitution as the chief cornerstone ( Book of the Dead ) and basic laws of our society in order to assure the dignity with freedom of the individual as coming together in unity, building upon an integrity this Nation, and Empire.
