Provision: Title V: Judicial Branch

Article XXXV:

§ Section (1): The Judicial branch is established as a part of the Federal Government of Samuel Adams, and shall conduct business in the name of Imperial Royal House of Hotep.

§ Section (2): Justice shall be administered in the name of the Empress or Emperor and the people of the lands, sea, space. The Judge of the Supreme Court shall be appointed by the Head of State, Empress or Emperor, in consultation with the Council of Ministers.
